In Ayurveda, it is stated that water should not be colder than body temperature.

In the heat, people drink water as soon as they reach home. Which does a lot of damage to the body, but people avoid drinking water in winter and it also hurts you a lot.

Adopt this way

  • Drinking too much cold water weakens the body. It also increases the risk of heart attack and kidney failure.
  • Keep water in a copper vessel at night and drink the water from this vessel in the morning. Doing this for three consecutive months will boost your body's immune system. Also, if you have any acne or skin related problems, this will also get rid of the disease.
  • If possible, avoid drinking water directly from a bottle and pour it into a glass.
  • Avoid drinking too much water at once.
  • Drink plenty of water when you get sick.

The right time to drink water

  • Drink two glasses of water after waking up in the morning.
  • Water should be drunk about half an hour before a meal. This allows your food to be easily digested. Do not drink water for half an hour after a meal.
  • Drinking water half an hour before bathing gets rid of the problem of blood pressure.
  • Drink water before going to bed. This will ensure that you do not run the risk of heart attack.
  • Drinking a glass of water before and after exercise does not cause dehydration.
  • Only drink water when leaving the house. Avoid drinking outside water if possible.
